Mergan Naidoo is Chief Executive Officer of Goldrush.
Goldrush Group is a South African gaming operator running bingo, limited pay-out machines, retail sports betting and online betting (including Gbets), and is 59.4% held by JSE-listed Goldrush Holdings. In May 2025 Sizekhaya Holdings, in which Goldrush Group is a 50% shareholder, was awarded the fourth National Lottery licence.
