Jacques du Preez is Chief Executive Officer of Hortgro, in the role since August 2026.

Hortgro is the statutory body representing South Africa's deciduous fruit producers, growers of pome and stone fruit. Du Preez was promoted from general manager of trade and markets, where he led market-access negotiations.
