Tafadzwa Chibanguza is Chief Executive Officer of SEIFSA, in the role since January 2026.

SEIFSA, the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa, represents 16 employer associations in the metal and engineering industries. Chibanguza was named CEO-designate in July 2025 and took over from Lucio Trentini on 1 January 2026.
