Dietlof Mare is Group Chief Executive Officer of Maziv, in the role since 2022.

Maziv is the holding company for the fibre networks Vumatel and Dark Fibre Africa, with more than 50 000 km of fibre connecting over two million homes and businesses. Vodacom took a stake in the company after Competition Appeal Court approval in 2025.
