Shane Chorley is Chief Executive Officer of Frogfoot, in the role since April 2023.

Frogfoot is a South African open-access fibre network operator, part of the Vivica group alongside Vox. In 2026 it raised new equity in a deal valuing Frogfoot, Vox and Hypa at R14.4 billion, with most of the money earmarked for townships.
