Boitumelo Mosako is Chief Executive Officer of DBSA, in the role since April 2023.

The Development Bank of Southern Africa is a development finance institution wholly owned by the South African government, financing infrastructure in South Africa and the wider region. She is the bank's first woman chief executive and moved up from chief financial officer.
