Willington Ngwepe is Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice LicenceCo, in the role since October 2025.

MultiChoice LicenceCo is the newly created company that holds the DStv subscription broadcasting licences in South Africa, set up as part of the Canal+ transaction. Ngwepe, a former Icasa CEO, was appointed along with its board.
