Werner Kapp is Group Chief Executive Officer of Altron, in the role since October 2022.

Altron is a JSE-listed technology group with platform businesses in vehicle telematics (Netstar), fintech and health technology, alongside an IT services arm. For the year to February 2026 it declared a R500 million special dividend.
