Vincent Tlala is Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of South African Pharmacy Council, in the role since February 2021.

The South African Pharmacy Council is the statutory regulator of pharmacists and pharmacies. Tlala was its chief operating officer from 2008 before succeeding Amos Masango as registrar.
