Tom Mkhwanazi is Chief Executive Officer of W&RSETA.

The W&RSETA is the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority, which funds skills training in wholesale and retail and has operated for about 25 years. In 2025/26 it reported meeting all 42 targets in its annual performance plan and an unqualified audit opinion.
