Sipho Mosai is Group Chief Executive of Rand Water, in the role since 2019.

Rand Water is a bulk water utility serving over 18 million people in Gauteng, parts of North West, Mpumalanga and the Free State. Under Mosai the utility launched the R4.8 billion Zuikerbosch Station 5A purification plant, opened by President Cyril Ramaphosa in 2025.
