Sean Summers is Group Chief Executive Officer of Pick n Pay, in the role since Late 2023.

Pick n Pay is a South African grocery retailer that holds a majority stake in the listed discount retailer Boxer. Summers returned to lead its turnaround and was appointed chairperson of Boxer from March 2026.
