Ravi Reddy is Chief Executive Officer of SANBS, in the role since 2021.

The South African National Blood Service was formed in 2001 from six regional blood services and supplies blood to eight of South Africa's nine provinces. Reddy joined the executive committee in 2002 and was chief operations officer for 15 years before becoming chief executive.
