Palesa Mkhize is Chief Executive Officer of SAMRRA, in the role since July 2025.

SAMRRA is the South African Multifamily Residential Rental Association, an industry body for institutional rental housing owners and operators, established in 2024. Mkhize is its first full-time chief executive; its members hold more than 75 000 purpose-built rental units.

  1. SAMRRA welcomed Absa as a member, joining Standard Bank and Nedbank CIB among the banks inside the association. Source
