Nicole Roos is Chairperson and Managing Director, East and Southern Africa Region of Nestle East and Southern Africa, in the role since November 2022.

Nestle's East and Southern Africa Region is run from Johannesburg and covers the group's food and beverage business in the region. Roos was the first woman to lead it, and in March 2026 Nestle SA began issuing retrenchment notices to more than 400 South African employees under a global restructuring.
