Neale Hill is President, Ford Motor Company Africa of Ford South Africa, in the role since October 2021.

Hill leads Ford's business across Southern Africa, sub-Saharan Africa and North Africa, having run Ford's South African operation from 2018. In May 2026 Ford confirmed the Ranger Super Duty for South Africa in 2027.
