Ndumiso Kubheka is Chief Executive Officer of NYDA, in the role since July 2025.

The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) funds and supports young South Africans through grants, skills and enterprise programmes. Kubheka is an economist who joined from the private sector as unemployment among young people stayed at crisis levels.
