Mike Fraser is Chief Executive Officer of Gold Fields, in the role since January 2024.

Gold Fields is a Johannesburg-based gold miner with operations including Salares Norte in Chile. Fraser took over after the company had gone nearly a year without a permanent CEO and has since added Osisko Mining and Gold Road Resources.
