Mervyn Naidoo is Group Chief Executive Officer of ACTOM, in the role since 2017.
ACTOM is a South African electro-mechanical equipment and services group making motors, transformers and switchgear. In October 2025 it bought SGB-SMIT Power Matla and reopened the Pretoria power transformer factory, which it says makes it the largest transformer manufacturer in Africa.
