Mary Vilakazi is Chief Executive Officer of FirstRand, in the role since April 2024.

FirstRand owns FNB, RMB and WesBank and operates in South Africa, parts of sub-Saharan Africa, the UK and India. Vilakazi is the group's first woman chief executive.
