Louis Loubser is Chief Executive Officer of Kropz, in the role since January 2023.

Kropz is an AIM-listed phosphate producer whose main asset is the Elandsfontein mine in the Western Cape. In September 2026 it began restructuring the mine to focus on its Nanophos product.
