Japie du Plessis is Chief Executive Officer of Cementation Africa, in the role since June 2026.

Cementation Africa, formerly Murray & Roberts Cementation, is an underground mining contractor that was bought out of Murray & Roberts' business rescue by a consortium led by Differential Capital. Du Plessis became CEO of the new group when the transaction completed in June 2026.
