Ipeleng Mabusela is Chief Executive Officer of RMI, in the role since January 2024.

The Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI) is the industry body for South African motor retailers and aftermarket businesses. Mabusela took office under a co-CEO structure introduced when Jakkie Olivier stepped down, and in 2026 the RMI appointed Henk Ferreira as its chief operating officer.
