Freddy Mugeri is Chief Executive Officer of Hydro Power Equipment, in the role since 2025.

Hydro Power Equipment (HPE) designs and makes high-pressure water-powered drills, valves and other equipment for the mining industry, and has done so since 1985. It has 559 employees and is led by Mugeri, who co-founded the manufacturing investment company Copaflo.
