Edgar Rathbone is Chief Executive Officer of Bulls, in the role since June 2020.

The Blue Bulls Company runs the Vodacom Bulls rugby franchise, based at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. Rathbone joined from the Lions, where he was managing director of Ellis Park Stadium.
