Red Meat Industry Services (RMIS) is the non-profit body that performs the services funded by statutory levies on red meat producers and works to the Red Meat Strategy 2030, which targets a 20% export share. Olivier has led its push for Saudi Arabian market access and better biosecurity and traceability.
