Ben Pierre Malherbe is Group Chief Executive Officer of Calgro M3, in the role since January 2025.

Calgro M3 is a JSE-listed developer of integrated residential estates and memorial parks. Malherbe co-founded the company in 2001 and returned as chief executive in 2024 after Wikus Lategan resigned.
