Bowmans is a pan-African law firm with nine offices in six African countries and over 650 specialist lawyers. Keep, a corporate and tax lawyer, was reappointed managing partner for a further five-year term in March 2024.

  1. Bowmans reshaped its management board, appointing Africa-wide department heads and reappointing Keep as managing partner for another five years. Source
